Philips is an incredible company. They create solutions, products and innovations that truly help make the world a better place. In today's competitive climate to find the best and brightest young talent, they were having trouble, and asked Ogilvy for help. We took a look at the way they hired younger candidates, and realized it was quite impersonal and corporate. We looked to inject some humanity into their DNA. 

Make It Meaningful is a global recruitment initiative that aims to show potential hires that Philips values people who have unique personalities, hobbies, interests and stories. Why? Because as the people in our campaign prove, the things you do outside of work can influence the amazing innovations you bring to the table at the office.
